The Tagliani Family welcomes you to our "Cucina". In Italian, "Cucina" means "kitchen". If your house is like ours, when family and friends get together, the kitchen is the place everyone wants to be! In 1993, there were just a handful of restaurants in North Glendale/Peoria. Today there are over 185; nearly a dozen Italian and 99% are National Chains. We are Family Owned and Operated. So what sets Cucina Tagliani, the "David", (Indulge me for a minute) apart from the Corporate "Giants?" I will give 2 reasons. 1. Our Food. We actually COOK from scratch; a fading tradition in this age of flash freezing, institutionally prepared and shipped foods. We make every Sauce, Soup, Dressing, Stock and Dessert fresh every morning. Every meatball is rolled by hand and every loaf of bread lovingly brushed with olive oil. (I asked for indulgence) We have let you "Build Your Own" Pasta Bowl since 1993, long before Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill got the idea. Hmm, from where I wonder? "You can tell by the smell!" Nana Tagliani used to say. We think that you'll know by the taste. 2. Our Family. We actually CARE. We are always looking for the friendliest faces in town to make you feel like you're at home. We are here to serve you fresh, flavorful food in a fun, friendly family setting. (Try to say that after a bottle of Chianti!) We thank you for choosing Cucina Tagliani and wish you "Buona Fortuna" and "Mangia Bene"! Glendale location hidden in the:
