Dear Club or Organization:

Cucina Tagliani would like to partner with you in raising money for your club/organization. We have produced specially printed postcards your members can simply hand out to people. That's right . . .your members do not have to "sell" anything! All they have to do is explain that unless the card is brought into Cucina Tagliani and used, the organization won't benefit.

When the guest comes in to eat and gives our server the card, we'll give them two-dollars off the ticket, and your organization 10% of the total ticket after the two-dollar discount! We'll even do all of the tallying! As an example, if the guest's ticket is $27.00, we'll give you 10%, or $2.50. If your organization hands out 250 cards that are redeemed, and the average amount spent was $25.00 per card, your organization would have raised $650.00!!!

Here's how we have found the program works best: A contact member of your organization sets an appointment with me Monday - Thursday. We determine how many cards your members could realistically hand out in a certain time frame, and determine an expiration date (usually one calendar month). The cards are given to your contact member that day to take back to the organization where you enter the information onto the reverse side of the cards. All we ask is for you to supply us a request on your organization letterhead and include your non-profit ID number.

Once you have them " in hand ", we suggest you give members equal amounts and have them put their name in the bottom left hand corner. This way, you can run a contest with a prize of your own for the most cards redeemed by an individual in order to get your redemption rate (and your profit) higher. We'll have the voided cards and a check for you shortly after your expiration date! Together, we can build a stronger neighborhood!
