What is a Tagliani Rewards & Gift Card and how
does it work?
We hope that you will agree that a Tagliani Rewards & Gift Card is the perfect gift for every occasion for friends, family or yourself!.
As a Gift Card... it can be used like a debit card until the
value has been fully redeemed. It can not be used the same day as
purchased. The card must be presented at the
restaurants in order to use it. Gift cards are available in $25
increments up to $100 and may be combined together to use at the same
time. BONUS Gift Cards that were received as a complimentary
incentive may not be used as payment on Private Parties or groups of
20 or more.
On your next visit ask your Server for a Tagliani Rewards &
Gift Card or if you received the Card as a Gift, just go Online to
Register.
As a Rewards Card... only after registering, each time you dine at
Cucina Tagliani, whether its Dine-in or TO GO! you will receive points
for every dollar you spend (excluding Tax, Gratuity or Comps).
The more times you visit, the more points you get, and the more rewards
you will receive!
Your Name, e-mail Address & Phone Number will be OUR Family Secret. We will
NEVER sell your info no matter how much they offer us.
We credit your account one of three ways. Give your server the Tagliani Card to swipe OR your name or phone number when you order and your points will be added to your account. But look for your name on the bottom of your check. Only then you know your points were awarded. Sometimes we forget! (hey, we're human too) You and your Spouse may apply jointly and share the same Account.
What are the provisions of the Tagliani
Rewards & Gift Card as printed on the back of the card?
As a GIFT CARD... this card is redeemable for food and beverage at any Cucina Tagliani. It is not redeemable or refundable for cash, but maybe used for Gratuity. For Card balance see your last receipt or ask your server on your next visit or go online to www.CucinaTagliani.com. You may Add Value to this card. No Value until purchased and Activated.
As a REWARDS CARD... this card is not transferable. We reserve
the right to ask for identification. Not responsible for Lost or
Stolen Cards. A new Card will require a new Account. Points and

Does the Tagliani Gift Cards expire?
They will never expire unless we do, so be very generous to make sure that never happens and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. They are accepted for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all participating Tagliani restaurants every day of the week.
Are there any non-usage fees if I don't use the gift card right away?
There are no maintenance
or non-usage fees or charges. Your gift card will
retain its full value until it is used. Even after using your gift
card, any remaining balance will remain intact until you use it
again.

If I don't use the entire amount on my gift
card, what happens?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges. Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card.
Can I re-load my Tagliani Gift Card?
You can add value to a gift card. In the
restaurant or online.
Can I use more than one gift card at a time?
Yes. You can use as many Gift Cards as you
like to pay for your meal. Gift Cards are accepted like cash and
therefore can be combined for use together.
Can I use my Tagliani Gift Card for tax and gratuity?
Yes. You can apply your Gift Card to your
full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
Can I use my Gift Card to pay for private parties, catering events or delivery?
Gift cards are valid for the payment of private parties, catering events or delivery. To qualify for points on a Private Party you must already be an active Family Member BEFORE booking the party. Points for parties are exclusive of tax & tip.
Can I use my Gift Card the same day it is purchased?
Gift cards are valid the same day they are purchased but are required to be paid for in one transaction before being used in asecond transaction in the same day. After the date of purchase gift cards are valid 7 days a week.
Can you replace my Tagliani Gift Card if I
lose it?
Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Why can't I have Frequent Diner points AND a Holiday Bonus?
Each offer is considered a bonus awarded on top of your purchase and we are not able to award a double bonus on the same purchase. No double dipping.
